Cancel an upload

/api/v1/knowledge/uploads/{upload_id}

Gives up an upload that will not be completed — a part that failed, a complete that was refused: its parts are deleted, and it no longer counts against the five uploads a workspace may have open (204). An unknown, finished, expired or cancelled upload, or one another key started, is a 404.
