SynapseOrch Cloud
In the SynapseOrch Cloud app, open Support at the foot of the menu. New request sends the team a request — with a category, a severity and, if it helps, the run or workflow it is about and screenshots — and Your requests lists what you have raised and the replies.
In a self-hosted app
Settings → Help & docs has a quick start guide, answers to common questions, links into this documentation, and a link to the Discord community.

What You Can Do in Discord
Report a Bug
Found something broken? Post in the Discord, or open an issue on GitHub, with:
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Expected vs actual behavior
- Your SynapseOrch version —
synapse --version, or the image tag for Docker - How it is deployed — local, Docker, or scale mode
- Any relevant error logs or screenshots
Get Help Building Workflows
Stuck on a workflow or not sure how to structure your agents? Ask in the Discord with:
- What you're trying to accomplish
- What you've tried so far
- Your current workflow or agent config — Import & Export produces it as JSON; check it for keys or tokens before posting it in a public channel
The community and team will help you debug and design the right approach.

Reporting a security issue
Do not report security problems in Discord or in a public GitHub issue. Report them privately through GitHub Security Advisories, or email info@synapseorch.com with SECURITY in the subject. See SECURITY.md in the repository for what to include and what to expect.
