Guides
Walkthroughs that build real things, step by step, on one example workspace: agents, workflows, knowledge bases, and the ways they combine.
The reference pages say what every control does. These guides show how the pieces work together: you follow one job from start to finish, on screens you can match against your own.
Every guide but the installation guide uses the same example workspace, Harbor & Pine Supply, a made-up wholesale supplier of shop fittings and packaging. Its back office has three agents (an Order desk that answers stockists, a Supplier analyst and an Invoice clerk), four workflows, three knowledge bases and a support widget, so each picture shows a workspace with real work in it. Build the same things in your own workspace, or adapt them to yours.
The pictures come from SynapseOrch Cloud. A self-hosted install has the same agents, workflows and knowledge bases; where its screens differ, the guide says so.
Getting started
How agents, tools, workflows and runs fit together, installing on your own computer, then your first workflow, end to end.
Knowledge
Make your documents searchable, so agents answer from them and cite the passage — then tune, price and measure the search.
Recipes
Combinations that do a whole job: an agent that answers from documents, a workflow that searches then writes or files its results, a support bot on your site, work on a schedule or in a chat app, an agent that answers the phone.
Cloud workspace
Who can do what, and how the wallet, credits and plans pay for it.
Developers
Start a workflow from your own code and follow it to the end, connect an AI client over MCP, and hear about documents by webhook.
Help on every page
Every page of the app has a ? at the top right of its header (Help for this page). It opens a panel that says what the page is for, the few steps that matter on it, and a link to the guide that covers it.
